Perform other administrative responsibilities to support our thought leadership program:

Project-manage the activities of third-party copywriting vendors, as needed.

Lead end-to-end, long-and short-form writing projects:

Conduct discovery meetings with executive-level stakeholders to source angles for thought leadership, website copy, social copy, and more.

Facilitate and manage strategy design, innovation sprints, and leadership engagements to produce deliverables.

Engage with digital applications to mobilize a full range of consulting and delivery capabilities.

Engage with clients, analyze challenges, and design innovation and leadership projects to accelerate impact and growth.

Proactively network within the industry and market to bring new client opportunities and associated revenue to both.

Incubate and launch our first internally-managed training center for practical medical training

Partner with key stakeholders across the business to strategically guide our Medical Training offerings

5-7 years of work experience in a high performing business

Preferred: Experience managing people and owning a P&L

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Pay Range: $100,000 to $150,000 salary per year depending on experience
