Strategy Implementation Manager Jobs in Florida

Understand and utilize web-based applications for project management and client business to business applications

Participates in New Client Implementations (and Supplementals, as needed) during kickoff meetings through Requirements phase of the project.

Provides availability, support & knowledge to CX Operations team in the development of internal training materials and training sessions.

Identifies barriers, provides resolutions and solutions through customer education and coordination with healthcare payer and internal Zelis resources.

1-3 Supervisory experience preferred or 2 years of progressive leadership and responsibility

3-4 years in Healthcare Industry experience preferred

3+ years of experience in Project Management

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders

Knowledge of File Transfer Protocol

Experience working within the Healthcare industry

People leadership experience, including coaching conversations

Accountability for the success of client Go Live either on-site or remotely

Prior experience in implementing WMS or TMS or other Supply Chain related software.

Experience in the warehousing industry

Leadership skills and the ability to motivate direct or indirect reports within the department

Superior communication skills – ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written mediums

Knowledge of Agile work practices
