Lead the problem-solving process and day-to-day management of the engagement team, including overseeing the team's analysis and deliverables

Coach and mentor junior staff, rapidly developing their skills and knowledge through an apprentice-based development model

Manage the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve goals

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights

At least 6 years of experience working with healthcare providers, including 2+ years managing others

Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

Support other departments, such as HR, IT, Finance, or Marketing, with other projects and initiatives.

Currently, a remote / home based role with a possibility of occasional travel.

Support consultant and analyst team with various projects, potentially including internal firm development and/or client work.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Help to manage and motivate student ambassadors to go above and beyond project expectations

A working knowledge of digital and social media best practices

Has prior experience as a student ambassador or in promotional marketing

Recruit national teams of student ambassadors based on unique brand criteria

Monitor social analytics and aggregate top-performing content

Collecting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data

Developing reporting dashboards for internal partners

Creating and evaluating market segmentation within existing customer databases

Preparing documentation of business processes

Providing administrative support for the External Relations department

Conducting market research to support ongoing projects
