High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or Manufacturing/ Quality Technical Certification preferred

Advanced metrology skills required. Ability to teach new associates on a regular basis

3 years of manufacturing experience (assembly or machining) desirable.

Troubleshooting and root cause identification capabilities.

Ability to break down problems into manageable and actionable components, poised to make progress on resolving issues.

Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to train the Terex Utilities team on Quality Standards and Customer Requirements.

High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience

2-3 years of proven experience in Assembly/Installation, Testing, or Inspection.

Willingness to be flexible to learn new skills based on the need of the company

Responsible for conducting sensory sessions for semi-finished and finished product

Enters, transcribes, records, stores, and maintains information in written or electronic form.

Supports operators to verify that the auto-control activities are put in place correctly.

Quality Control Analysis - conducting tests and inspections of products, materials or processes to evaluate quality or performance

Operation Monitoring - understanding gauges, dials, or other indicators to understand quality problems on machines

Using mathematics and statistical analysis on data and results’ trending.

All inspections and qualifications to be documented using established procedures and formats.

Display communication and leadership skills, both written and verbally.

Have a working knowledge of computer operation, basic and advanced math, and statistical process control.

Perform inspection and measurement of parts, components, and assemblies within the assigned area of responsibility.

Support the assigned ORV product lines with prompt problem identification and resolution using the established model.

Work with all necessary departments to obtain solid problem resolution.

Ensure products produced conform to specification, food safety, have Good Manufacturing Practices, and adhere to relevant regulatory requirements.

2-3 years’ experience as a Lab Technician

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Perform quality function audits on all production lines.

Perform all microbial sampling and testing for incoming raw materials and finished products.

Advise production on out of specification packaging, raw materials and process deviations.

Accurate inspection and analysis of results to internal & customer requirements

Timely data entry to ensure material on hold is properly identified and realized

Basic Computer and data collection skills

Advanced knowledge of calibration processes and techniques

ASQ Quality Technician certification preferred

3 years Quality related experience

Document QA data and report to lead or management.

Attend internal and external training programs as assigned by management.

Registers and prepares samples for general analytical testing through data entry, weighing and physical homogenization.

Assist in write-up, review, and provide proper documentation for processes or methods as experience allows. Training

Training other associates as experience and job needs dictate.

Relevant academic coursework or 1 year practical relevant experience in an analytical laboratory preferred.

Perform a monthly report with the samples inspected and send it to the Quality Operational Management.

Bachelor's degree; two year of previous experience (preferable).

File samples areas daily audit, temperature review, replacement and documentation

Perform the annual inspections to the samples, storage and document all the activities related (GDP compliance).

Computer skills including, but not limited to, data entry
