Collaborating with Sumitomo Pharma, lead the establishment of best practices for project management and strategic planning across Technology & Quality

Develop and implement robust project and portfolio management methodology, including project governance processes, standard tools, templates, communications, financials, and risk management.

Translate TOQ strategy into deliverables in collaboration with the leadership team. Ensure deliverables can be measured and managed, champion execution excellence.

Ability to manage 3rd party relationships, providing oversight of vendors and external parties.

Design Circana’s overall revenue management strategy (including product mix strategy) and ensure alignment with Circana’s business strategy & financial objectives.

Own key enablers underpinning commercial excellence; rate card standardization, deal economics, analytics, and process management.

10+ years of related experience in contract negotiation, preferably in deal desk, finance, contracts or sales operations positions.

Skillfully balance customer needs with stewardship of business revenue and profit goals.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related relevant areas; MBA preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).

•2+ years formal project management experience a plus
