Maintains knowledge of all specials and general descriptions of all food items and explains to guests.

At least two years of previous experience working as a food server in a fine dining restaurant or a luxury environment.

Excellent Written, Verbal, and group presentation communication skills.

Basic knowledge of wine and liquor, including wine service techniques.

Utilizes proper food handling and food service techniques.

Takes food and beverage orders in a friendly and timely manner and ensures accurate entry and delivery.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and notify management of any discrepancies.

Skillfully break down and portion meats into desired cuts, following precise specifications.

Proven experience as a Butcher in a fine dining or high-end restaurant environment.

In-depth knowledge of various cuts of meat, including beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and game.

Strong knife skills and ability to execute precise cutting techniques.

Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.

At least 1 year of server experience.

Experience with POS systems preferred.

Prior luxury hospitality experience preferred.

Must have excellent listening skills.

Must possess excellent communication skills.

Assisting servers and guests in the dining experience, taking orders, and delivering requested items in an efficient and timely manner

Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper food-handling skills and food safety guidelines.

A minimum of one-year experience in the food service /hospitality industry

Relate with guests about needs, satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service

Assist the Servers in complying with the Commodore Perry Estate / Forbes standards

Operate, maintain and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings

Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages

Knowledgeable of standard kitchen equipment and supplies, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators, and coolers, slicers and beverage machines

Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations

Knowledgeable of computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems

Knowledge of hotel services, features, local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Greet, seat and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, professional way.

Take food and drink orders promptly and accurately.

Pickup orders in window and deliver completed meals to correct customers in a timely manner.

Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service, refill drinks, and take any additional orders.

Handle customer complaints in a calm, courteous manner. Inform supervisor of any customer complaints or suggestions.
