One year of previous management or supervisory experience desired

Course of study in management or in tax preparation and/or accounting preferred

Communicates with the District Manager on the status of recruiting, interviewing and hiring of seasonal employees for assigned locations when applicable

Maintains a comprehensible filing system for filing, acknowledged, rejected and complete tax returns

High School Degree or equivalent related business experience

Supervises one or more seasonal hourly staff members at a single location or kiosk

Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management. & Agile Scrum Master certification

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and support data management needs.

Coordinate and communicate with ITD management and staff to coordinate work tasks and resourcing.

Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making by project management teams.

*Manager will conduct first round of IVs via phone and second round ONSITE.

5 years auto or heavy duty truck parts experience

1 year customer service experience

Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving experience

Obtain and maintain P1 or P2 ASE Certification
