Store Operations Director Jobs

3+ years of management experience with comparable volume and/or proven track record of success managing a selling workforce and achieving results

5+ years of experience in retail sales and management.

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service during entire visit; customers have positive memorable experience during each visit.

Coordinate and manage physical inventory. Work with Controller to successfully manage inventory and control shrinkage.

Manage mark-out-of-stock process, reviewing damaged merchandise for potential repair or dry clean options, adhere to internal processes/procedures.
