Stem Teacher Jobs in Iowa

Applicants are preferred to have education and/or experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)

Experience working with adolescents/teens ages 13-17 from diverse geographical and socio-economic backgrounds

Provide async guidance, feedback and answer questions

Review course assignments, provide direction and answer questions

Answer ad hoc questions throughout the course session

The ability and willingness to construct hands-on education materials to be utilized in the teaching of identified curriculum skills and concepts.

Must have an Arkansas Teacher’s license for Elementary Education K-6 or ECE P-4.

Mental Functions, Physical Requirements, and Working Conditions:

Maintains accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administration regulation.

Assists the administration in implementing all policies and/or procedures governing student life and conduct.

Maintains an inventory of all equipment, furniture, and large center items; maintains a clean and orderly classroom.

Maintain knowledge and expertise in K-12 educational and STEM trends

Apply outstanding communication skills for information gathering, knowledge transfer, giving feedback and receiving feedback

Collaborate with STEM Pilot manager to provide outstanding experience for Desmos users

1-3 years experience in K-12 education

Previous experience servicing the education market

Participate in Amplify Professional Development training and build knowledge as an Amplify branded trainer and presenter
