Overview The Staffing Executive Vice President (EVP) is responsible for leading the recruitment and staffing efforts of an organization. The EVP is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, hire, and retain the best talent for the organization. The EVP is also responsible for developing and managing the organization’s recruiting budget, as well as overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
