Staff Uat Analyst Jobs

Prior experience working on projects utilizing Agile methodology.

Developing comprehensive test scenarios and cases.

Executing test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.

5-8 years HR technology experience or experience facilitating large scale transformational, global change.

In-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes.

Position: Workforce testing analyst (UAT)

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies.

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required (or working towards)

· Active or working towards CPA, CIA , CISA professional certification(s) preferred

· 3-5 years of experience working in a large company environment or public accounting

· 2-5 years previous auditing experience with exposure to SOX controls

· Occasional travel may be necessary

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with ADO (TFS) a plus

• Experience with SAFe Agile practices such as PI Planning events a plus

• Experience prioritizing tasks across different work streams to assure efficient use of resources

• College degree or equivalent experience.

FACETS Systems experience or systems testing in a healthcare setting required.

Defect/bug management and familiarity with defect management tools (HP ALM, Bugzilla, JIRA JAMA etc.)

A minimum of 3 years' experience on one or more Eligibility, Medicaid, or Health and Human Services (HHS) IT projects

A minimum of 3 years’ experience involved in mid-scale or large-scale system development projects

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of MS Office products, e.g., Word, Excel, and online applications.

Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role; Project Management a plus

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Coordinate and manage testing dependencies across payments product team

Manage, monitor and report on testing defects through resolution

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in management.

Drive effective test management and administration, including logging of bugs, reporting to project managers, and identification of process issues.

Continuing education and career certifications

Oversee team of testers to manage workload, priorities, and conflicts in testing schedules, and providing capacity where necessary due to workload.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business testing and acceptance.

Proficient knowledge of business processes.
