Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA , including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation

Operate a motor vehicle without second-party assistance in daytime and nighttime conditions;

Traverse uneven terrain, to include climbing and descending­­­ staircases, over fixed minimum distances and in varying weather conditions;

Work non-traditional or erratic schedules;

Make reasoned decisions under time constraints.

Excellent project management skills, writing and editing skills.

Experience with group process facilitation, change management communications, communications planning and implementation, media relations and/or stakeholder relationship management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Management, or Business or with expertise in communications or management practices.

Minimum of 7 years relevant experience developing and implementing advanced communications programs designed for a U.S. Government audience.

Experience in translating highly technical concepts into effective communications for a larger audience.

Experience with delivering strategic communications strategies within the Intelligence Community.

Study training, educational, social work, management, and supervisory methods.

Plan, develop and conduct a training program for departmental supervisory and middle management staff; monitor the progress of training participants.

Conduct an annual needs assessment survey to determine training and staff development needs of management supervisory and other departmental staff.

Make recommendations regarding training goals and objectives, and the methods best suited to meet them.

Write training proposals and develop an annual training plan for assigned segments of the departmental training and staff development program.

May evaluate the performance of trainees through personal contact and discussions with field assignment supervisors.

Experience conducting a full range of case management or desk responsibilities including providing guidance, performing reviews, writing talking points, etc.

One year target exploitation experience with knowledge of customer specific tools and databases.

Experience supporting US military forces, particularly counter threat finance, counter terrorism, Counter narcotics, Counter proliferation.

Manage a full range of operational and support activities for overseas missions

Develop relationships with various operational components to meet the client’s requirements.

Must possess 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
