The Staff Employee Relations Business Partner will be responsible for providing advice on employee relations matters, such as performance management, disciplinary action, grievances, and other employee relations issues. The Staff Employee Relations Business Partner will also be responsible for developing and implementing employee relations policies and procedures, and providing training and guidance to staff and management on employee relations matters. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations
• Professional certification in Human Resources or related field (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
