This role is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with staff and management, as well as providing guidance on employee relations issues. Detailed Job Description The Staff Employee Relations Business Partner is responsible for providing advice and guidance to staff and management on employee relations matters. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with staff and management, as well as providing guidance on employee relations issues. The Staff Employee Relations Business Partner will be responsible for providing advice on employee relations matters, such as performance management, disciplinary action, grievances, and other employee relations issues. The Staff Employee Relations Business Partner will also be responsible for developing and implementing employee relations policies and procedures, and providing training and guidance to staff and management on employee relations matters. • Knowledge of employment law and employee relations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations
• Professional certification in Human Resources or related field (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of employment law and employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management and disciplinary action
• Knowledge of grievance procedures
• Knowledge of employee relations policies and procedures
Job Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations
• Experience in developing and implementing employee relations policies and procedures
• Experience in providing training and guidance to staff and management on employee relations matters
