Must possess excellent Microsoft program skills and general computer knowledge.
Identify/review available professional training (seminars/workshops) provided by outside sources to determine applicability to professional and non-professional staff job duties.
Provide CPR certification training for all staff, as required.
Up to an extra $2,080 a year in lieu of Health Insurance coverage (see benefits below)

The Staff Development Coordinator will also be responsible for researching and developing new training materials, coordinating with other departments to ensure staff development needs are met, and providing feedback to management on the effectiveness of the training programs.
