Detailed Job Description The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing staff development programs for an organization. This includes creating and delivering training programs, providing guidance and support to staff, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. The Staff Development Coordinator will also be responsible for researching and developing new training materials, coordinating with other departments to ensure staff development needs are met, and providing feedback to management on the effectiveness of the training programs.
