Staff Clinical Program Manager Jobs in Texas

Professional certification in clinical area or management within one year of hire preferred

Approves new hires, establishes and enforces performance appraisal standards, collaborates with managers to identify staffing requirements, and ensures appropriate staffing levels.

5+ years of progressive clinical experience

Previous Director Experience running a large OR with multiple service lines including CV, Neuro,Orthopedics,General Surgery ,Oncology ect

Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing required. Master's degree preferred

Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing

Experience in working with children

Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
