3 to 5 years of development experience using SQL Server back-end in .NET Environment (Entity Framework)

3 to 5 years of development experience using third party APIs in a .NET Environment

3 to 5 years of design and/or development experience with JavaScript, jQuery Mobile, WPF, Bootstrap

Extensive experience working with Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS)

Gather requirements through JAD sessions, manage scope, verify requirements through data analysis and develop business requirement document.

Provides administrative oversight for, & day-to-day management of, the Rehabilitation Services Department in accordance with all regulatory & professional standards.

Responsible for setting expectations of the stakeholders after proper verification of the requirements.

Utilize strong analytic consulting skills, and a customer service focus to design and deliver analytic projects to client specifications.

Manage/deliver workstreams from start to finish.

Requirements Our Skills And Experience Wishlist Includes

BS in Computer Science or equivalent related undergraduate degree or equivalent demonstrable skills and experience.

SQL, MS Dynamics, SSRS and SSIS skills required.

Build reports using integrated reporting tools within Plex ERP for internal customers.

Analyze current business processes, identify bottlenecks and propose cost effective automated solutions.

Translate the business tasks into programming terms, define the needed tools and technologies, perform the task.
