Presenting EXOS methodology through EXOS education programs.

Maintain professional credentials as required including attending necessary continuing education courses.

Minimum of two years of coaching experience OR completion of EXOS Performance Internship

Currently hold a national accredited certification such as NASM or CSCS

Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings

Strong customer service skills where servicing the “client” is top priority

2+ years of Management experience preferred.

Ability to create and manage quotes and invoices. Knowledge of using price books.

Bachelor's Degree is required from college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization.

Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications, or ability to obtain upon hire.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

NCCA accredited personal training or strength and conditioning certification (Preferred)

Knowledge of sports performance training, speed development, movement mechanics, assessment, evaluation, and injury prevention

Ability to integrate sports medicine, clinical knowledge, assessment, and/or clinical recommendations into performance training

Experience working with athletes and/or fitness clients

High level of competitive athletic experience (Preferred)

Will have knowledge or experience of supporting people with additional needs include behaviour, ASC, SEMH and ADHD

Will have experience working with young people

experience as a Sports Coach

Will hold a Sports related Degree at 2:1 classification or higher

Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with student athletes, athletics staff, and others.

Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to direct and supervise others are important.

Certification through the NSCA (CSCS)

Observes, shadows, and assists Performance Coaches during training sessions

Teaching and monitoring correct exercise techniques

Assists with testing, data collection, and interpretation using programs including Teambuildr, FirstBeat, Catapult, and Vitruve

Monday-Friday (Times): 9:30am -12:00pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Must have 5+ years of experience as a business coach

Earning Potential- True 6-figure coaching position ($130,000+).

Time Efficiency- Even at full capacity you should be working less than 30 hours per week.

Onboarding new salespeople (up to 3 salespeople per client company)

Lead weekly sales meetings for each client

College experience and / or greater education experience

1-2 years of sports related background and / or 1-2 years of childcare experience

3-5 years of childcare related experience

3-5 years of sports related experience

Work experience or personal experience in a particular sport is acceptable

$15-20/hr based on experience, paid bi weekly*

Availability and willingness to work on weekends and evenings Sponsored Project Management (if applicable)

• Knowledge of University and Department philosophies, policies, and regulations • Strong organizational skills and NCAA regulations

2 years of strength and conditioning experience, preferably in the sport of soccer at NCAA Division I level

Experience with Olympic style movements, working with female athletes and mass groups of athletes

Ability to work confidently in a crisis or emergency situation and demonstrate knowledge of safety practices

Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate an ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
