Building Roof Terraces: there are roof terraces of varying size and complexity on 65 separate floors of the building.

Overview Spiral Technician 1 is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the production of spiral-wound products. This includes operating and maintaining the spiral-winding machines, inspecting and testing the products, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The Spiral Technician 1 must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description

The Spiral Technician 1 is responsible for the following tasks:

• Operating and maintaining the spiral-winding machines, including setting up and adjusting the machines for optimal performance.
• Inspecting and testing the products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise with the machines or the products.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on the machines.
• Working with other technicians to ensure the machines are running efficiently and safely.
• Maintaining accurate records of production and quality control.
• Following all safety protocols and procedures.
Job Skill Requirements
• Knowledge of spiral-winding machines and their operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with the machines and products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Qualifications
