Overview Spiral Technician 1 is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the production of spiral-wound products. The Spiral Technician 1 is responsible for the following tasks:

• Operating and maintaining the spiral-winding machines, including setting up and adjusting the machines for optimal performance.

• Inspecting and testing the products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Troubleshooting any issues that arise with the machines or the products.

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on the machines.

• Working with other technicians to ensure the machines are running efficiently and safely.

• Maintaining accurate records of production and quality control.

• Following all safety protocols and procedures.
