Ensures quality assurance is maintained according to departmental and legal requirements.

Demonstrates the ability to competently work in general and specialized areas of pharmacy practice.

Fills and delivers medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist/licensed independent practitioner.

Policies and procedures are followed consistently.

1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Verifiable High School diploma, GED or Equivalent Experience.

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $142,438.40 - $196,560.00 annually.

Account and/or project management, and specific disease state/market knowledge required.

Monitor specialty pharmacy performance related to patient management services, data exchanges, and other services as outlined in service agreements.

Identify and communicate payer issues with the National Account Management team.

Project management of various initiatives at specialty pharmacy.

Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

Other duties set by management.

Pharmacy Technician educational course work preferred

2 years or more of Long Term Care or Retail pharmacy experience preferred but not necessary

Strong analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills

Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor

Assisting the Pharmacist with proper labeling and filling prescriptions

Maintain and complete notice requirements for existing and new plans, based on regulatory guidelines.

In-depth actuarial and financial industry and/or general business practice knowledge.

Strong communication and decision-making skills.

High school diploma and 1-3 years relevant experience; BA degree preferred.

Voya system experience preferred i.e. OMNI, CEDAR, Interim Tool.

One to three years of experience in asset management and/or property management, or

Basic knowledge of portfolio management, administration, and portfolio analysis/risk management

Good negotiation and client management skills

One to three years of experience in (specific asset type)
