This role has a hybrid work schedule: Two days on-site and three days remote per week.

3+ years of office experience providing a high level of customer service.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficiency with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, computer databases and ticketing system.

Use the company’s HR systems to generate regular reports for audits, benefits management, updating org charts.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.

Pay -$30-$38/hour, depending on experience

At least three years of relevant Human Resource experience required.

Must have experience with processing payroll.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven interpersonal, coaching and negotiation skills.

• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational abilities

• Experience with SCORM and Workday’s Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage

• Testing for functionality, accessibility, user experience and usability.

• Offering content edits and remediation suggestions (when applicable).

• Experience in the quality assessment of training; print, e-learning, media etc.

• Knowledge of testing learning disciplines and methodologies

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Partners with HRBPs to communicate Corporate and Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations to management and Associates.

May assist with the management of immigration related issues, including the tracking and coordination of visa processes and transfer discussions.

Minimum 2-3 years of related experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Respond to numerous inquiries from employees, line HR and/or line management via email and phone.

Ability to apply critical thinking skills to complex issues.

Extensive experience supporting internal customers in a specialized HR capacity.

Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make connections with customers in writing.

Experience resolving complex issues utilizing external resources and escalating internally when appropriate.

Experience working with and independently interpreting internal policies and procedures to ensure continuity of HR business services.
