Supports and provides leadership for incident management of all injuries.

Associate degree in Safety Management, industrial hygiene, or social sciences, preferred

Minimum 5 + years of professional safety experience in warehouse and manufacturing industry

Minimum 5 years management experience and 10 years HSE experience

Manage all HSE activities within the operational context (i.e., ensure plans, tools, and processes are in place to allow for success).

Facilitate and coordinate HSE training that addresses strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and growth of individuals.

Experience in transforming safety culture,

Professional certification is a plus (i.e., CSP, CIH, etc.),

Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capability,

Proven experience in relationship management, including partnering with and influencing internal stakeholders, both in person and virtually

Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to ensure continuity of requirements

Relevant HSE, Technology, or operational experience 10+ years

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with different teams to build a sustainable safety culture.

Proven experience in creating, managing, and optimizing systems across a distributed business

Knowledge in HSE Management System and creating and updating policies and procedures in accordance with Company and Regulatory Guidelines.

Work with all Area Management to support all Region and Company HSE goals.

Minimum Required Education, Credentials, Licenses and Experience:

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Have a thorough knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental principles and best practices.

Minimum of 8 years work experience within HSE or related equivalent function.

2+ years of Manufacturing experience

Knowledge of food manufacturing and Q&FS

Experience with hazard recognition, behavioral-based safety, job hazard analysis and Process Hazards Analysis

Uses a data driven approach to manage, strategize and prioritize site HSE direction.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Manage the implementation of the new HSE software system

Manage upgrades to system in order to alleviate down time

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Three-Five years experience in network and systems administration required

Experience with all Sonicwall products a plus

Experience with network monitoring and log aggregation tools preferred

Use working knowledge of functions within the Incident Command System and National Incident Management System

Facilitates Management of Change (MOC), Risk Assessments, and Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR), where required

Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements

Act in the capacity of both Operator Qualification administrator and the Drug & Alcohol program point of contact

Coordinate monthly safety meetings and training requirements with respective team

Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, Internet, and web-based applications

Monitors and assists with implementation of the project HSE Plan, environmental plan, regulatory requirements, and any other safe work practices.

Supports project teams with the implementation of the emergency response plan and monitors project security requirements.

Verifies that equipment and tool inspections are being conducted and documented as per requirements.

1 year of experience in a related industry.

Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Identifies and assists in conducting project specific HSE training.
