Leads the site level Quality Management Review (QMR) program including monitoring and reporting key performance indicators, as appropriate.

Contributes significantly to the site inspection preparation, program management, response and commitment process.

Adheres to all GMP requirements.

Supports the development and oversight of robust quality systems, including both implementation and operation at site level.

Facilitates training on all QA Compliance programs.

Administers the site training program.

Advanced skills in instructional design and learning management systems or other learning technologies.

Experience with program management (analysis, design, development, evaluation) of training programs.

Cornerstone learning management system experience.

Deliver technology-based learning including eLearning, video, and virtual instructor led training through a learning management system (Cornerstone).

Function as the primary system administrator for the learning management system.

Collaborate with Learning Administrators throughout the business to facilitate content creation utilizing the learning management system governance processes.

Knowledge of the non-profit sector, public education, and disability advocacy preferred.

Experience with Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency writing and editing alt text and audio descriptions.

Demonstrates collaboration skills for both internal and external stakeholders, including excellent interpersonal communications, dependability, reliability, and professionalism.

Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and initiative and manage challenging workloads and deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail.

Showcase your knowledge of modern development through the following experience or skills:

Minimum of 5 years of accessibility/section 508 compliance testing experience

Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with accessibility guidelines (Section 508, WCAG, ADA, etc.)

Minimum of 5 years of experience performing manual (and/or automated) testing of web applications with accessibility tools

Minimum of 5 years of experience presenting accessibility findings and recommendations to small and large groups of stakeholders

Experience using ANDI, JAWS, and similar accessibility tools
