Special Projects Advisor Jobs

Develop and manage event invite list tracking via Hubspot

Be willing to work 40 hours per week (remote)

Experience working in events or managing special projects

Self-motivated and able to work remotely

A firm knowledge of social media channels

Confidence to work cross-functionally and manage timelines and deliverables

Capable Excel and Powerpoint skills; experience with Workday is a plus

Work directly with talent, filmmakers and studio representatives to ensure that they have a positive experience working with Tubi

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2-3 years of experience in content acquisitions or development at a major studio, distribution company, network, streaming platform or leading agency

Superior communication skills (verbal and written)

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Nonprofit Management) or equivalent work experience

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Proven experience in project coordination, strategic planning, or related roles, preferably within the nonprofit sector

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

Proficient in data analysis and report preparation, using tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work

All education will be considered as it applies to Special Projects.

A current CPR/First Aide certification (only if job involves contact with clients).

Working as part of a team

Following directions and asking questions as needed

Working independently as needed complete projects in reasonable amount of time

Reporting to assigned contact person regarding progress on assigned projects
