About the Role:
As the Content Associate, Special Projects, you will support all work streams across the Content organization, and ensure that the office of the Chief Content Officer operates seamlessly.
This hire is required to be onsite at the Fox lot in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
  • Back-up support for the Executive Assistant as needed, including scheduling, rolling calls, travel and expense reports
  • Collate information and data analysis (internal and external) for the CCO and key leads
  • Assist in developing and maintaining content partnerships including with filmmakers and talent
  • Monitor the content landscape and assess new opportunities in film and television
  • Attend meetings (internal and external) to record minutes and ensure follow-ups are assigned and carried out
  • Communicate information internally and externally on behalf of the CCO
  • Support the Chief Content Officer
  • Coordinate with Content team members on important work streams to ensure efficiency, including presentations (planning, reporting), deals (negotiating, approvals), budgets (acquired, original, administrative), all phases of creative (pitches, development, greenlight, notes, etc.) and go-to-market strategies for original content (creative assets, festivals, windowing, etc.).
  • Ensure that meetings are efficient (timely with agendas) and work closely with the EA on scheduling priorities
  • Travel as needed to events and festivals to support the CCO and the Content team
  • Work closely with cross-functional peers to ensure that teams are aligned and collaborating well.
  • Work directly with talent, filmmakers and studio representatives to ensure that they have a positive experience working with Tubi
  • Oversee gifting (holiday and ongoing) for key stakeholders and talent
Your background:
  • Based in Los Angeles
  • Flexibility and willingness to pivot to new priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed, domestically and internationally
  • Passionate consumer of premium Movies & TV
  • 2-3 years of experience in content acquisitions or development at a major studio, distribution company, network, streaming platform or leading agency
  • Capable Excel and Powerpoint skills; experience with Workday is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Genuine curiosity, significant attention to detail, and strong desire to contribute to the success of the team through organization, efficiency and strong communication
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
