5+ years proven experience as an Events Producer or similar role within an advertising agency, brand or event management company.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Assist with recruiting, training, and people management – coordinators, managers, and contractors as needed for the execution of each production

Extensive Project Management mastery is essential; proven record of accomplishment managing large and complex projects

Excellent time management, attention to detail, self-motivation and a high level of organization.

Develop and maintain event timeline including all deadlines related to program development, pricing deadlines, speaker management etc

25% domestic/international travel required to provide speaker management assistance onsite

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

Advise/communicate to operations AV/IT requirements needed for speakers; ensure all deliverables are received and provided onsite

3-5 years of corporate event programming experience (internal or external) for mid-size to large events.

Collaborate with the Production Engineer on technical requirements and capabilities.

Attend client scoping calls to understand project objectives and requirements.

Collaborate with project managers on establishing timelines.

Work with the Production Manager to ensure all necessary equipment is available and in working order.

Coordinate with the Production Manager to manage the schedule of the crew.

Oversee the setup of staging and any other technical requirements.

Demonstrate high proficiency, experience, and knowledge in large-scale corporate special events and productions.

Budget management proficiency/understanding of business acumen

Onsite management of expenses, and client additions

Knowledge of floral, décor, and furniture design trends

Ability to lead and manage projects and people, including crews of laborers on show site

Create and manage production schedules & timelines in connection with your assigned area of the event
