Spare Parts Attendant Jobs in Georgia

Cooperate with the Purchasing Manager, Shipping Manager, and headquarters in order to secure qualified management of spare parts delivery

Create part numbers for all third-party supplier parts and manage through set up in global price list

Manage multiple requests and track quotations into sales orders

Manage orders through delivery; ensuring orders are received and billed on time

Manage the returns of parts as needed

2 remote days per week

Prior experience with SAP Document Management System (DMS).

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience with metric system and DIN/ISO standards.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office.

Effectively communicate with clients, project teams, equipment suppliers, field services, and office staff.
