WHAT YOU GET TO DO

The Spare Parts Manager, 1st Level is responsible for spare part package sales for the North and Central America region from customer request to successful delivery.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the Purchasing Manager, Shipping Manager, and headquarters in order to secure qualified management of spare parts delivery
  • Coordinate with other functional groups such as sales, procurement, customer service, and quality assurance
  • Handle contact from customers requesting spare parts information
  • Create part numbers for all third-party supplier parts and manage through set up in global price list
  • Work with third-party suppliers to gather spare part package information for each project.
  • Manage the returns of parts as needed
  • Serve as the first point of contact to customer for spare parts package related topics
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to customer’s inquiries and promoting the Company’s products and services
  • Manage multiple requests and track quotations into sales orders
  • Manage orders through delivery; ensuring orders are received and billed on time
  • Handle the expedition of customer inquiries when necessary


WHAT YOU HAVE

Working Conditions and Environment:

  • Sitting, squatting, walking, reaching out to arm’s length, reaching over-head, lifting between 50-100 pounds, and reading
  • Passport or ability to obtain passport
  • Professional office etiquette is required at all times
  • Overtime, if required by work

  • Occasional travel may be required, up to 10%
