Ensure every call is answered with enthusiasm and each caller has an efficient and memorable experience

Answer phones and respond to a variety of general inquiries and/or refer to the appropriate department or person.

Input all requests in facilities ticketing system routing to appropriate teams in an efficient manner with appropriate level of classification

Conduct follow-up calls with callers when appropriate to provide them with status updates on their requests

Participate in daily and weekly meetings, reviewing all relevant info needed to stay connected to the overall Hospitality and Facilities Teams

Experience of computer-aided facility management systems such as Zesati, Trac (Team, resource, approval and control) preferred.

Set furniture standards for the planning, configuration, and management of cubicle space, personal office space, breakrooms, and conference rooms.

2+ years of experience in similar design consultancy services, corporate interiors and/or workplace operations. Knowledge of the tech industry is preferred.

Liaise with local vendors to get quotes for personnel relocation and supplies.

Expertise in space planning, user research, facilitation, design strategy, and space programming.

Comfortable driving decisions in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment.

Identify, develop, and implement space management category management education and help to develop tools used in development of schematics projects

You have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (3+ years) with space management

Increase analyst efficiency through development and implementation of effective space management strategies and processes

Engagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization

Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences

Lead various schematic projects that support chains in achieving Molson Coors chain volume, space, and distribution goals

Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience

This Space Management / Reset Specialist will service the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.

Basic knowledge of the beverage industry

Thorough knowledge of brand order, facing, pricing, labeling, Point of Sale (POS), rotation of product and the ability to build displays

Pay Range: $144.00 - $180.00, depending on experience

Paid Time Off plus paid holidays
