Capture and generate software quality metrics and status reports for assigned team to management

Utilize defect management tool to log and track all defects identified during testing

4 years of experience in software quality testing required.

Expertise in software testing methodologies including test planning, test execution, gap analysis, requirements traceability, and defect management

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

7+ years of Software Quality Engineering or other relevant IT industry or banking experience

Experience in leading quality engineering team, providing direction, reviewing deliverables and taking ownership of the testing deliverables.

Experience coordinating the work of project teams and allocating SQA team resources across multiple projects

Expert knowledge of the full development lifecycle

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other applicable degree program or 6 years of experience in Software QA Testing

4 years of experience in the Software Quality Assurance testing

Experience working and testing applications written in C#

Experience using TFS or Azure DevOps in Bug Tracking

Monitoring all stages of development

3 years of writing Test Plans

Lead a team to ensure high engagement and provide effective work direction, professional development, and performance management

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience in quality engineering

Demonstrated experience in leading quality engineering team

Advanced knowledge of software process methodologies

Experience with multiple functional/regression testing tools

Proficiency in software testing methodologies including test planning, test execution, gap analysis, requirements traceability, and defect management

Define testing plans, identify gaps in requirements, and propose testing hypotheses for simple program/system changes.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

2+ years of Software Quality Assurance or other relevant IT industry or banking experience

Experience participating on project teams and incorporating testing activities into project plans

Experience with one or more functional/regression testing tools
