Software Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:

·Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

•Work experience with Python and Java

•Good written and verbal communication skills are required.

·Develops and maintains IT infrastructure for a small company.

·Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.

Experienced in PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE such as MONDAY/ASANA/TRELLO.

Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from team members.

Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology staff, stakeholders, end users, and management.

Manage superior's calendar as well as facilitate meetings/training sessions.

Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional project teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Assist in the maintenance of program accreditation through the Higher Learning Commission activities and requirements.

Maintain required industry certifications and/or licensures.

Recent experience in version control, current programming languages, and frameworks is required.

Knowledge of iPhone, iPad, Android and other mobile device application development.

Experience in Web server administration and Web application hosting.
