Two or more years prior experience in property management or in a related industry preferred

Processes resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements

High school education or equivalent from accredited institution

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of basic accounting practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in property management may be substituted for education requirements.

Provide input in asset management decisions and scheduling of capital expenditures.

Provide insight, knowledge, training and mentoring to other regional managers.

Work closely with the Regional VP and Senior Management in establishing strategies for the region.

10+ years in property management.

Manage financial performance by maintaining an acceptable P&L performance through the development of overall operating procedures and policy.

Previous child welfare experience and certification is strongly preferred.

Must acquire knowledge of community resources

Knowledge of child development, including physical, mental, emotional and cultural issues preferred is required.

Must become and maintain BHCM certification within 3 months of hire.

Must become and maintain High Fidelity Wraparound facilitator certification 6 months of hire.

Must maintain the BHCM and HFW certification throughout employment at the employees personal expense.

Have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college or university.

Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) preferred.

What You’ll Do – Accountabilities:

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, & CERTIFICATIONS:

Works collaboratively with other staff; may provide technical guidance to less experiences staff and can redline others' work.

Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Strong skills in Revit/BIM REQUIRED; SketchUp modeling; NewForma program strongly preferred.

Experienced in the development and monitoring of BIM execution plans REQUIRED.

Experienced in large Type 1, High- Rise projects and generating entitlement and building permit submissions REQUIRED.
