Basic computer skills, including data input and management.

Experience working with teenagers and parents/guardians.

Knowledge of current mental health best practices for youth and the application of evidence-based prevention and intervention strategies.

Working knowledge of the DSM-IV.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting to groups of youth and adults.

Ability to work cooperatively with school staff, community mental health providers, and other community agencies on behalf of youth.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Schedule: PRN, 8am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, weekend and holiday rotation and pm hours as needed

3-5 years case management experience in related field

Meet one-on-one with assigned guests, formally at least once per week and informally daily, to provide advocacy and case management

Hiring range $19.93 - $21.04 hour (+ shift differential), based on candidate qualifications and experience.

Assist manager in administering corrective actions with guests

Culturally competent and relational with excellent organization, interpersonal communication and mentoring skills

Work with community agencies and individuals to refer and inform guests of available resources
