Social And Environmental Impact Associate Jobs in Florida

Support company disclosure activities pertaining to environmental and social risk management, including voluntary disclosures and regulatory requirements/requests

Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

Assess business line adherence to ESG-related laws through the Bank’s Regulatory Change Management process

Author environmental and social risk materials for the Executive Risk Committee, quarterly management letters, and monthly Reputation Risk Working Group

Considerable understanding of U.S. Bank origination and servicing systems and processes, business models, risk management programs and organizational structure

Current or prior project management roles in one or more risk disciplines

Support the ESG senior management in evolving the ESG strategy, planning and communications as appropriate.

Manage ESG programs and initiatives including those related to climate action, community impact and human rights.

Oversee the progress of company-wide ESG goals, targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance strategic projects and innovation in relation to climate-related and social impact goals.

Drive topic-specific impact assessments with internal and external partners.

Act as subject matter expert on climate issues and standards including those related to greenhouse gas emissions.
