Small Business Loan Underwriter Jobs

Assist BLC Manager as needed

Minimum five years lending experience or underwriting experience in a centralized environment

Advanced knowledge of small business and commercial lending process

Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance procedures regarding small business lending

Advanced knowledge of credit analysis techniques

Decision and document application packages for approval, denial, or condition

Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

Bachelor's Degree of equivalent work experience

Minimum 1 year of underwriting or related industry experience

Ability to estbalish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with clients, vendors, and peers

National Salary Range: 59,400 - 66,400

We are looking for candidates that demonstrate the following:

Precise attention to details, excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance or accounting preferred.

Small business and credit fundamentals knowledge/background is a plus

Hands-on experience interacting with low income individuals and diverse communities.

Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word and Excel, and Google Documents.

Bilingual skills in Chinese, Korean or Spanish are highly desirable.
