Using SAP and inventory management software, running and analyzing reports on BEx, emailing and utilizing other IS programs as needed.

Communicating with department managers regarding delivery issues and vendor out-of-stocks.

Working with other department managers to cross-train staff to accomplish all needed tasks.

Working with the store manager to address performance and/or disciplinary issues within the department.

1-2 years of experience in retail experience in a grocery or retail environment; natural foods background is a plus.

1-2 years of experience supervising others preferred.

PC computer skills. Microsoft Word and Excel experience desirable. D365, and WMS a plus.

Partner with each Department Manager to support the department & company priorities and policies.

Partner with the Swing Shift Operations Manager, Outbound Processing Supervisor, and other leaders based on the department rotation and workflow demands.

Work with the Shipping and Transportation Managers to oversee carrier performance.

Prepare and present evaluations for Supervisors in each department, with guidance from the Department manager.

Good organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented.
