• Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams and management.

• Working knowledge of HIPAA and privacy requirements.

• Ensure that acceptance criteria is well defined for every requirement. Ensure every acceptance criterion is testable.

• Collaborate with developers & product owners to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

Establish training programs to continually upgrade employees’ technical capabilities and knowledge of governing procedures and regulations requirements

Support Visual Management and Daily Accountability on the production floor

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required and 3-5 years work-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the single-engine production line and composite/ wire harness lines

Prepares and delivers progress and status reports to the Department Manager and/or Director of Operations

Manage employees to meet production costs and schedule goals in compliance with company policy

Background in leadership, continuous improvement, and resource management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid teamwork

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

Ability to follow oral and written instructions with exceptional attention to detail

Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees, contractors, and customers

Ability to work in a fast pace environment with ever-changing priorities
