Shift Leader 3Rd Shift Jobs in Massachusetts

Manage cash over/short during shift and ensures restaurant team members are following cash franchisee management policies

Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members

Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution

Manage Inventory throughout the shift

Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages

Support training of Crew Members as directed by General Manager or Assistant Manager.

Report equipment issues, provide Crew Member performance feedback, and discuss other restaurant opportunities with General Manager.

Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred

Problem Solving and Decision Making - make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.

Deploy team members appropriately to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout shift.

Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance during shift.

License And Or Certification Requirements

Performs other duties as assigned by Facility Manager or Facility Manager Designee.

Operates and maintains motors, generators, testing, switchboards, and power panels in good order, to avoid malfunctioning.

May supervise Laborers assisting in performing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair duties.

Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training

Performing household duties such as changing sheets and cleaning

Providing physical support for patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene

Recording vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, etc.

Turning and repositioning bedridden patients

2+ years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

$22-$28 per hour pay rate

Has an active CNA license in Massachusetts

Very reliable with a high level of attention to detail
