Stay knowledgeable on the latest literature on ASRH and ensure key learning is shared across the global and country teams.

Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge in relevant technical area. Particularly adolescent-focused and/or sexual and reproductive health (SRH) related programming.

Ability to share knowledge internally and externally with global communities of practice; represents PSI externally.

Experience in data management and analysis with programs such as SAS, R or STATA

Support the development of standard operating procedures and data management tools to organize and track progress of data collection activities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing, writing and editing complex documents such as detailed reports and peer-reviewed articles

Support the development of reports, scientific articles and other dissemination materials that communicate scientific findings from evaluation activities

Compete administrative tasks such as setting up meetings, taking and summarizing meeting minutes and documenting progress towards deliverables

Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS:

Knowledge, skills, and abilities in the areas of medical terminology, diagnosis and treatment.

Regular and reliable attendance, effective communication skills, and development of effective working relationships are requirements of all Public Health positions.

Supply community health providers with STD/HIV clinical care standards and regulatory and reporting requirements.

Knowledge of HIV and STD transmission modes, symptoms, and implications.

Experience conducting outreach to locate patients for treatment and care

Work experience and/or training in the healthcare field preferred.

Prior working knowledge of Electronic Health Records system preferred.

Counsels patient on options after pregnancy, including: parenting, adoption and abortions.

Screens financial, medical and social history with correct documentation of patient information.

Conducts tests according to CLIA standards and adheres to OSHA regulations when handling biological matter.

Adheres to all money handling procedures, collecting co-pays and other patient payments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor and maintain systems to ensure adherence to all the compliance requirements of the co-operative agreement.

Currently certified through the Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and maintains at least one certification through AASECT

Time Management: Complete activities and projects on or before scheduled deadlines.

Conducts patient educational sessions including providing informed consent counseling to ensure that the patient understands and agrees to their medical care.

1-2 years' experience in a healthcare setting including electronic health records (EHR) experience.

Prior working knowledge of EPIC (EHR system)

Possess excellent reading and comprehension skills.

Performs front desk functions including answering phones and greeting and checking-in patients.

1+ years of related experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.

Demonstrated organizational relationship management skills.

Attention to detail and time management skills.

Drive the development and documentation of design, requirements and implementation of multiple strategic programs.

Manage and monitor multiple appropriate metrics, perform data analysis and evaluation for each initiative.

Manage multiple communication plans in conjunction with leadership and to support initiatives, including status and progress updates.

Solid knowledge and understanding of reproductive rights and maternal health

Experience or familiarity reporting on the US legal system

Minimum five years experience in digital reporting for a prominent newspaper or website

Success at covering breaking news as well as crafting longform stories and narratives

Expertise in using documents, data, and other journalistic tools to develop and report stories

Enthusiasm for collaborating on video, audio, interactive and new forms of content for the web and mobile

Minimum of 10 years of experience in research, evidence generation, in the area of SRHR and the law.

Experience in analysing laws or legal frameworks in the Asia Pacific region is desirable.

The impact of national laws and policies on realization of universal access to SRHR in the Asia Pacific region

Identify enabling and inhibiting factors for the implementation of laws and policies which are conducive to universal access to SRHR
