Session Assistants are responsible for providing support to session leaders and participants in a variety of settings. They may work in educational, recreational, or therapeutic settings, and their duties may include:

• Assisting with the preparation of materials for sessions

• Setting up and taking down equipment for sessions

• Assisting with activities during sessions

• Monitoring participants during sessions

• Ensuring the safety of participants

• Providing administrative support to session leaders

• Maintaining records and filing documents

• Assisting with the evaluation of sessions

Job Skills Required
