7 years of experience in the luxury retail industry minimum. Engineering background is a plus.

Ability to organize, set priorities and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of trading, booking, position management and post trade practice, as well as, deal representation technologies

Experience as a Product Manager within the financial technology space

Apply your expertise in interest rate products to determine the product road map and manage the strategy and execution

Be viewed as a thought leader by clients and the industry and maintain specialized knowledge

Think commercially and develop capabilities to ensure the product stays relevant and fit for purpose

Manage the product end-to-end across Product, Engineering and Sales including expanding component-based technology

Strong analytical skills and efficient in detecting problems as well as finding adequate and qualitative solutions. Experience in data analytics.

This is a remote position

Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related discipline, from an accredited college or university

Ability to travel up to 20% annually, possibly on short notice

Technical understanding of Python and data modeling tools as well as experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning.

As the Product Manager, we'll expect you to:

Communicate product plans, benefits and results to all audiences — internal teams and external partners

Experience with prototyping and other creative ways to gather direct feedback early in the product development process

Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability and passion to use hard data and metrics to back up product decisions

The ability to manage chaos, ambiguity and complexity, in a detailed, organized way

Solid knowledge of best practices and trends among OTT premium video streaming products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to influence others
