Service Concierge Jobs

Benefits (after 30 days of employment):

2 years of customer service experience required.

1 year of Call Center experience required.

Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred

Starting at $18.00/hr with the potential to earn a monthly bonus!

Full-time (up to 40 hrs a week), 8-hour shifts, Permanent

Efficient and effective in execution of job duties

Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves and dirt

Place mats in the car, oil change stickers, and seat covers.

Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed

Retrieves and delivers vehicles from property locations

Takes vehicles to car wash and vacuum,

Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues

Follow through on complaints until resolved or report to management as needed

Maintain knowledge of procedures and policies

2 Years Customer service or claims processing experience OR Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills

Reads the client’s cues and helps expedite their experience.

Swiftly manages escalated customer issues; partnering with in-store leadership when required.

Principal staffing in Client Services, offering clients a destination for inquiries and services requests.

Coordinates with internal services partners to deliver seamless client experiences and exceeding expectations.

Minimum 1 year of experience

Experience in customer service or hospitality industries with proven ability to effectively promote products and services
