Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow case, incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications.
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting CSM Modules specific to customer poral, catalog items and case management workflows.
Experience in API integration and IT management
Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits.
Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
HS diploma and 5 years of experience or BS in Computer Science support and 3 years of experience with Service now.
