The Senior Wastewater Technical Manager 1 will be responsible for the following duties:

• Developing and implementing operational plans and procedures for the wastewater treatment plant
• Monitoring and evaluating plant performance and making recommendations for improvement
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
• Providing technical support to plant staff
• Developing and implementing training programs for plant staff
• Developing and implementing safety programs
• Assisting with the development of capital improvement plans
• Assisting with the development of budgets
• Assisting with the development of long-term plans
