Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms (particularly TikTok & Instagram)

Create strategies in order to develop the creators’ personal brands.

Develop and manage a monthly pipeline of sales opportunities

Experience playing or coaching a sport at the collegiate level is strongly preferred

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Demonstrable experience and expertise in social media platforms with a keen understanding of influencer culture and digital content trends.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Proactively identify and research TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube content creators who demonstrate exceptional creativity, engagement, and growth potential.

Use social media listening tools, industry trends, and data analysis to stay informed about emerging talent and viral trends.

Summarize employee data into insightful reports to guide global approaches in talent management.

Partner with Talent Management team to understand their needs and provide data solutions to promote strategic decisions and efficiency.

Collaborate with diverse teams like HRIS, HR Communications, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HRBPs, and several leaders.

Use data to improve employee experience.

Ensure compliance with all necessary data privacy, security, and control requirements.

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, specifically in data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and presentation design.

Desired Qualifications and Education Requirements

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, competitive research, and other technologies to attract candidates with targeted experiences and skills

Bachelor's Degree in related field the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Extensive experience in gathering hiring requirements from recruiters

Extensive experience in building and maintaining a skilled pipeline of talent

Advanced knowledge of successful pre-screening and assessing candidate qualifications
