Pay: up to $30/hour, based on experience

· 1-3 years+ of experience recruiting in staffing and corporate environments required.

· Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology required.

· Workday recruiting experience preferred.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

Possess an understanding of salon positions and experience working with many owners.

Must have proven diplomacy, confidentiality, inter-personal skills, and the capacity to work with salon owners.

This is a work from home position.

Expert in job platforms, such as Indeed, along with third party Applicant Tracking System.

Ability to follow-thru candidate flow with the salon owners’ or their designates.

Highly organized and proficient in record keeping and tracking.
