Senior Superintendent Commercial Construction Jobs in Missouri

3-5 years of construction leadership experience (Foreman, Superintendent, Site Safety, etc.)

Experience working with Pro-Core is a plus

Experience in leadership is a plus

Ensure quality workmanship per project plans, specifications, and company standards.

Meet customer expectations to help build lasting client relationships.

Supervise and maintain a clean and safe job site.

Coordinate with Project Managers and notify of budget, schedules, change orders, etc.

2+ years of Construction experience working in the field

Experience working on ground-up and/or tenant improvement projects

Experience working on Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is a plus!

Good organizational & communication skills

Base salary: $90,000 - $100,000+, dependent on experience OR based on Union scale
