MegaKC, your local Kansas City General Contractor, has openings for a Senior Superintendent at our North Kansas City office! Our ideal Superintendent candidates will be self-starters, problem-solvers, and possess the ability to work well with all levels of personnel on a job site.
Job Responsibilities

• Meet customer expectations to help build lasting client relationships.
• Ensure quality workmanship per project plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Schedule and coordinate all field workers, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers to complete the project on time.
• Prepare project financial projections on a monthly basis.
• Supervise and maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Maintaining safety, inventory, and supplier needs.
• Training and supervising crew members and subcontractors.
• Develop and update project schedule weekly.
• Hold weekly safety meetings, daily toolbox talks, and pre-construction meetings.
• Utilization of Track / Bid2Win / Procore / safesite / MS Project / Office 365 / Bluebeam software.
• Documentation of project issues, changes, notices, change orders, and RFI's.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual candidates preferred
• OSHA 30-Hour safety training or equivalent
• 3-5 years of construction leadership experience (Foreman, Superintendent, Site Safety, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Experience working with Pro-Core is a plus
• Computer knowledge and efficiency
• Ability to pass a drug screen and back mobility assessment
• Valid state driver's license
• Experience in leadership is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
