Senior Sports Marketing Manager Jobs in Colorado

Proven experience in sports marketing, athlete management, or related fields in the outdoor industry.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Lead a team of sports marketing managers responsible for maintaining strong relationships with athletes, addressing their needs, concerns and inquiries.

Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate contract execution and adherence to company policies.

Strong time management, planning and organizational skills.

Be the on-site leader for all primary event sponsorships including booth set-up, management and event activation.

Management of the athlete and event budget.

Manage the athlete activation calendar with appearances, content needs, race schedules etc.

Experience operating and reporting a yearly budget

Experience partnering with team leaders and cross departmental partners

Collaborate with the athlete management team to create individualized global athlete plans.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Develop and negotiate athlete benefits and partnerships that align with athlete needs and our brand's values and objectives.

Experience (brand, property, agency, media) in esports activation and traditional major sport sponsorship management and marketing.

Experience working with Senior levels of management.

Applies knowledge of marketing principles to independently complete complex work assignments and problem resolution.

Applies advanced knowledge of the business, its products and processes.

6 or more years of relevant business support and / or general analysis experience.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools to include Word, Excel and Access.

Experience in participating in these sports, with a deep understanding of the vocabulary, language and codes specific to these outdoor activities

Good presentation skills, and understanding of social media.

Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams

Ideally 3+ years in sports marketing experience in a high profile, global brand organization
